Kathryn (Katie) Paradise grew up in the research industry, working as an intercept interviewer, phone recruiter, and project manager from her late teens and throughout her college years. Ms. Paradise’s interest in ethnographic research led her to work as a Small Enterprise Development Agent with the US Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa from 2010 to 2012. She now holds the position of VP of Research at FieldGoals’ Harrisburg, PA headquarters.
Ms. Paradise graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a dual degree in International Business and Legal Studies and holds a certificate in Spanish for Business.
