Kathryn Paradise
Qualitative Consultant
Kathryn (Katie) Paradise is an attorney, consultant, and moderator with FieldGoals.US. Katie spent a decade as a member of the executive leadership team for FieldGoals.US, working on quantitative and qualitative project design, data collection, and reporting for local and state governments, agencies, political organizations, and private industries. In 2021, after receiving her J.D., summa cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, she transitioned to a consultant position with FieldGoals while pursuing a career in the legal field.

Immediately following her legal studies, Katie had the honor of serving as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania then worked in direct client representation as a legal fellow for the organization Innovation Law Lab, where she primarily provided removal defense legal services through the state-funded universal representation program Equity Corps of Oregon (ECO). In 2023, Katie returned to the Middle District to continue her career as a judicial law clerk.
Katie graduated from Temple University in 2010 with a BBA in International Business and Legal Studies and a certificate in Spanish. She served in the United States Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa from 2010-2012. She has professional working proficiency in Spanish and enjoys continuing to study and improve her language abilities.
In her free time, Katie likes biking along the Susquehanna with her husband, Adam, and daughter, Frances, snuggling her big-headed pit bull, Oscar, baking, and listening to NPR.
