Emilie O'Neal

Lead Moderator

Research Specialist and Professional Moderator, Emilie O'Neal (M.Ed.) has a background in pre-trial research, educational design, research management, and group dynamics. She has been an integral part of the public and private education systems, with real-time teaching and administrative experience at three institutions as an awarded educator. In addition, she has cultivated over ten years of research consulting and moderation in the areas of curriculum design,  litigation, and product research.

Ms. O'Neal comes to us with a Bachelor's in Literature from Lebanon Valley College, a Master's in Multicultural Education from Eastern University, and a Level II teaching certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, creating art, hiking, and playing her ukulele.
